Terms & Conditions: All coffee machines come with a 12 month back to base warranty.

Delivery & Returns: Delivery will be by courier. North Island is next day, South Island up to 3 days.

We will not entertain refunds on any purchases. Choose carefully before you order any of our products. If you are not sure about the specifications of any of our products contact us first either by e-mail info@coffeetrendz.co.nz or by phone: 09-5799383.

We can exchange your purchases for alternative products, this will be considered on a case by case basis
